Transuranic Agents
The universe is a mysterious place, and there are things in it that can drive the most stable minds into insanity. Even the elemental avatars of the Bureau agents are not proof against this madness, and when the avatars lose control their hosts soon follow them. Thus were the transuranics born, agents of chaos incarnate. The very presence of a transuranic agent warps reality around him, causing dimensional anomalies and, in the worst cases, complete Fragmentation. For this reason the Bureau has banned them from all stable realities. However, some have been known to slip through the net. The transuranic agent most often encountered by the Club is known as E-101, or Mendelevium, and he was the maniac primarily responsible for The Sundering. In the aftermath of that disaster it is believed that he is the only transuranic left in Reality Prime. Like all his kin he is so caught up in his own madness that communication is difficult at best, and random anomalies appear in his wake. His appearance varies, but it is normally that of a tall, lanky man with dark hair. His eyes, however, are windows into the madness that suffuses his soul. Others meet his gaze at their peril.
