Morgana Le Fey

Half-sister of the High King of Albion, Morgana is the most potent witch to have walked the Earth since the days of Lilith herself.  Much of her history is contained in Arthurian legend, but what is not in the stories is that the Witch of Gore continues to exist among mankind to this very day.

Like her erstwhile mentor, The Old Man, she was forced by the rise of the Age of Reason to use ritualised sorcery instead of True Magic.  She is a master of the Left Hand Path, holding the rank of Magister Templar, and when unleashed her power is both awesome and terrifying to behold.

The Club have often meddled in her plots and machinations, but curiously nothing has been heard of her for almost two years and none of their agents have found so much as a rumour of her current whereabouts.  This disturbs the Club, especially Sir Agravaine, quite considerably.  A sorceress of her power does not vanish unless in pursuit of some truly earthshaking scheme.

In appearance she is a beautiful, petite young woman with long chestnut tresses that cascade down her back.  She favours long, flowing dresses like those she wore when her half-brother was king, and her cool grey eyes miss nothing.  However, as with so many others, her outer beauty hides a fiendish soul.

When Agravaine was awoken, and told to prepare Albion for the return of the High King, he was specifically warned against the wiles of Morgana.  The reason for this warning was that in ages past the two of them shared a brief romantic interlude, and to this day Sir Agravaine finds it difficult to look at the face of the Witch of Gore without feeling a return of those illicit yearnings.  Morgana, of course, knows of his weakness and would not hesitate to use it against him.
